The Flying V program is all about helping create wind under the wings of our people, so that they may “‘leave the nest” and be ready to take flight towards whatever is next.

We desire for each participant in our flying v program to have and pursue dreams in a realistic and sustainable way - that multi-generational impact can be part of their family narrative.

    We provide vocational english lessons to help create language confidence for further job opportunities in Thailand + abroad.

  • VOCATIONAL TRAINING

    Professional-grade, on-the-job training and development in hospitality-driven roles like:

    • barista

    • roastery

    • cafe

    • bakery

    • kitchen

  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

    Job skills training and 1-on-1 mentorship opportunities for staff members to be hired internally or through external partnerships.

  • SPONSORSHIP

    As each flying v participant has their own dreams for the future, we steward their time with us towards their dreams:

    • sponsored education opportunities

    • sponsoring education for children of moms in our program

    • scholarships
